Sumario:Teratomas are germ cell tumors commonly composed of cell types derived from all of the three germ layers. Intracerebral teratomas typically present in midline or paraxial lesions located in the pituitary stalk or the pineal region. Teratoma in posterior fossa is a rare entity. We reported a case of midline posterior fossa mature teratoma in a 3-month-old child.
