An Ultrahigh Sensitivity Acetone Sensor Enhanced by Light Illumination
Au:SmFe(0.9)Zn(0.1)O(3) is synthesized by a sol-gel method and annealed at 750 °C. Through XRD, SEM and XPS analysis methods, the microstructure of the material has been observed.
