Novel surgical treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm complicated with primary aorto-colonic fistula: A case report

RATIONALE: Primary aorto-colonic fistula is a rare complication of an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Without surgical treatment, the associated mortality rate is 100%.
