Genome sequence of Rhizomucor pusillus FCH 5.7, a thermophilic zygomycete involved in plant biomass degradation harbouring putative GH9 endoglucanases

We report here the annotated draft genome sequence of the thermophilic zygomycete Rhizomucor pusillus strain FCH 5.7, isolated from compost soil in Vietnam.
