description Preparation in excellent yields of cyclobutyl benzofuran-2-yl- and naphthofuran-2-yl-ketones, the corresponding ketoximes and thiosemicarbazones, ether derivatives of the ketoximes and thiazoles derived from the thiosemicarbazones are described.
