Studies aimed at a comparison of chemical, biomimetic (Gif system GoAgg(III)) and enzymatic (CHMO) transformations of natural (+)-10β,14-dihydroxy-allo-aromadendrane have led to preparation of an eight-member sesquiterpene lactone.
