Sumario: | BACKGROUND: To explore the effect of scientific and individualized evaluation and nursing intervention on erectile dysfunction after robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy. METHODS: A total of 100 patients who underwent robotic assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (reserved sexual nerve) between September in 2015 and 2016 were randomly divided into 50 cases in the control group and 50 in the observation group. The control group was given the routine evaluation and nursing of erectile dysfunction after the operation. The observation group was given scientific individualized assessment and nursing intervention. The erectile function recovery rate and sexual life satisfaction of the two groups were compared. RESULTS: The recovery rate of erectile function and sexual life satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The scientific and individualized evaluation of erectile function and nursing intervention for the patients with robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy can improve the recovery rate of erectile function and the sexual satisfaction of the patients after the operation, but no obvious difference, this may be related to characteristics of prostate cancer patients and their own diseases in china. |
