description BACKGROUND: To explore the nursing care of transurethral urethral midline suspension (TOT) in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. METHODS: 23 cases of female stress urinary incontinence, aged between 45–68 and stress urinary incontinence (SUI), were collected between January 2016 and December–2017, and 23 cases of SUI patients were placed in the middle urethra with polypropylene mesh belt tension without tension. Timely urination and timely health education. RESULTS: the average postoperative hospital stay was 5–7 days, and the catheter was placed for 3 days. No recurrence of urinary incontinence and other complications occurred during 1–6 months follow-up. CONCLUSIONS: TOT is a simple and effective method for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. It is quick to recover and less complication. Preparation and postoperative nursing are one of the key factors for the success of the operation.
