Candidemia due to uncommon Candida species in children: new threat and impacts on outcomes

Many uncommon Candida spp. (species other than C. albicans, C. parapsilosis, C. glabrata, C. tropicalis, and C. krusei) have been shown to emerge in tertiary care facilities.
