Lymphovascular invasion have a similar prognostic value as lymph node involvement in patients undergoing radical cystectomy with urothelial carcinoma

To determine the prognostic value of lymphovascular invasion (LVI) in patients with bladder cancer who underwent radical cystectomy. Total of 747 patients underwent radical cystectomy; of these, only 164 did not undergo lymph node dissection (LND). The patients were divided into 4 groups: N0, N1, LV...
