Surgical Strategies for Ruptured Complex Aneurysms Using Skull Base Technique and Revascularization Surgeries

OBJECT: Surgical clipping of paraclinoid aneurysm, thrombosed large aneurysm, and/or vertebral-basilar dissecting aneurysms can be very difficult and has relatively high morbidity.
