description Ewing sarcoma of the cervical spine is a rare diagnosis. Early recognition and treatment of this condition improves survival. Reported is a case of a 20-year-old male patient who presented with increasing neck pain. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging showed a mass with a primary differential diagnosis of Ewing sarcoma. As a result of mass effect and spinal cord compression, immediate medical intervention was deemed necessary to prevent neurologic deficits.
