Sumario:Coronary artery fistulae are rare abnormal communications between coronary arteries and cardiac chambers or great vessels. We report a patient with a complex congenital fistula between the pulmonary artery and both the left anterior descending and the right coronary artery, originally diagnosed on routine coronary angiography and subsequently followed up and further elucidated with CT coronary angiography.
