Synthesis and Application of a 2-[(4-Fluorophenyl)-sulfonyl]ethoxy Carbonyl (Fsec) Protected Glycosyl Donor in Carbohydrate Chemistry

The 2-[(4-fluorophenyl)sulfonyl]ethoxy carbonyl (Fsec) group for protection of hydroxyl groups has been designed, synthesized, and evaluated.
