An Infant with Xpert(®) Confirmed TB Meningitis in Central Viet Nam
A 5-month-old boy presented with a focal seizure. Disseminated (miliary) tuberculosis (TB) was diagnosed on chest radiograph and TB meningitis was confirmed using Xpert MTB/RIF(®).
