Characterization of two thermostable inulinases from Rhizopus oligosporus NRRL 2710
Two inulinases (Inu2 and Inu3) were purified from Rhizopus oligosporus NRRL 2710 by chromatography on DEAE-Sepharose and Sephacryl S-200 columns.
