Identification of Lonepinella sp. in Koala Bite Wound Infections, Queensland, Australia
We report 3 cases of koala bite wound infection with Lonepinella koalarum–like bacteria requiring antimicrobial and surgical management. The pathogens could not be identified by standard tests.
