Clear Cell Odontogenic Carcinoma (CCOC) is an infrequent tumor, which is aggressive by nature among the odontogenic tumors. A case of CCOC of mandible in a denture wearer is presented with the emphasis on diagnostic work up and clarified and unclarified facts of the tumor.
