Sumario:Aeromonas hydrophila is the causative agent of motile aeromonad septicemia. Here, we present the complete genome sequence of highly virulent A. hydrophila strain D4, which was isolated from a diseased blunt-snout bream in China. It comprises one circular chromosome and four previously unreported plasmids with a total length of 5,275,132 bp.
