Bilateral spontaneous pneumothoraces in anaplastic thyroid cancer
Spontaneous pneumothorax is rarely associated with cancer. We describe a 73 year old man who presented with recurrent tumor in the right neck, mediastinal lymphadenopathy and bilateral pulmonary nodules after thyroidectomy.
