The study used the survey method for assessment of the patient satisfaction. The purpose of this survey was to gather meaningful opinions, comments, and feedback from patients visiting the nuclear medicine department in different hospitals. Statistical analysis was done for the survey output results to identify the area of strengths and the areas need more improvements. It was concluded that the politeness of the department employees, the privacy of the examination and guaranteed confidentiality of the treatment scored the highest satisfaction mean scores recorded by the patients.
