First person – Eriko Seo

First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Biology Open, helping early-career researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Eriko Seo is first author on ‘Roles of Keber's valve and foot chamber for foot manipulation in the mussel Nodularia douglasiae’, published in BiO. Eriko is a postdoctoral fellow in the lab of Prof. Shigeaki Kojima at The University of Tokyo, investigating the physiology of living bivalves.
