It signifies diffuse disseminated disease or highly aggressive tumour, such that surgical intervention other than palliation has a limited role. We report a case of a 43-year-old with the above presentation. As the management differs and because of its rarity the importance of the diagnosis between primary and the metastatic breast cancer is imperative. |
