We present a case with swelling in the right mandible that has been diagnosed metastatic tumor of PTC. The clinical features, radiographic aspect and treatment plan are discussed. Furthermore, a thorough review of literature revealed 77 published cases of metastatic thyroid carcinoma to the oral cavity with their summarized features.
