Synchronous isolated splenic metastasis from cancer of hepatic flexure of colon: A case report

RATIONALE: Isolated splenic metastasis from colorectal cancer is very rare, as metastatic colorectal cancer involving the spleen is usually a manifestation of widely disseminated disease.
