Structural and catalytic insights into HoLaMa, a derivative of Klenow DNA polymerase lacking the proofreading domain

We report here on the stability and catalytic properties of the HoLaMa DNA polymerase, a Klenow sub-fragment lacking the 3’-5’ exonuclease domain.
