Sumario: | Isolated dissection of the celiac artery (IDCA) is a rare phenomenon with unclear pathogenesis. We present the case of a 37-year-old smoking male who presented with upper abdominal pain radiating to the left upper quadrant with associated nausea/vomiting, diaphoresis, and diarrhea. |
