Sumario:Treatment options for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients presenting with synchronous adrenal oligometastases (stage IV disease) include local treatment such as surgery, stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) or systemic treatment such as chemotherapy. A case of successful SBRT treatment to a primary NSCLC with a synchronous left adrenal oligometastasis achieving long-term local control of both lesions is reported.
