Sumario:Hypomelanosis of Ito (HOI) is a sporadic disorder characterized by naevoid hypomelanosis in association with neurological, musculoskeletal, and other systemic defects. Localized hypertrichosis has been reported in HOI, however, multifocal hypertrichosis along with hirsutism in HOI are rare.
