description Sweet’s syndrome is a rare, acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis sometimes associated with inflammatory diseases, infections, malignancies or the administration of pharmacotherapeutics. Very seldom, it occurs as an extraintestinal manifestation of Crohn’s disease.
