SUN-400 Assay-Specific Spurious ACTH Results Lead to Misdiagnosis, Unnecessary Testing, and Surgical Misadventure: A Case Series

The reliable measurement of plasma ACTH is essential for the accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Cushing’s syndrome (CS).
