Sumario: | The authors describe a rare case of a 28-year-old male patient, victim of motorcycle crash, with direct impact on the right knee, who sustained a bicruciate ligament fracture avulsion from the tibial side, dislocated and with large dimensions, without associated ligamentary lesions; he has undergone surgical treatment – open reduction and internal fixation, of the avulsions, and the follow up was at least six months, presenting good outcome using the Tegner–Lysholm scale. |
