Sumario:Fixed dosage regimen is currently the standard therapy with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI). This case report demonstrates successful determination of nilotinib dosage by therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in a patient with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML).
