Sumario: | A 17-year-girl presenting with features of intestinal obstruction and managed with colostomy was referred for continuing to pass feces per anus despite a functioning colostomy. She was diagnosed with a rare congenital anomaly with duplication of urethra, bladder, vagina, uterus, anus, and distal colon; all openings close together in the perineum. Excision of the obstructed duplicated colon was done. The anomaly and its features are discussed with review of literature. |
