Sumario: | Malignant rhabdoid tumor (MRT) of the mediastinum is an aggressive tumor that is extremely rare. To date, only 24 cases of the mediastinal MRT have been reported in adults and 9 cases in the pediatric age group under the age of 18 years. We report a rare case of such tumor and review the literature on its clinical and imaging features as well as its treatment and prognostic outcomes. |
