description Extradural internal carotid artery aneurysms are rare and the indications for treatment are not well defined. We report successful management of two high extradural internal carotid artery aneurysms treated with flow diverter stents. The endovascular repair of extradural internal carotid artery aneurysms is effective because with surgical treatment there is always the possibility of cranial nerve injury.
