Sumario: | Multiple primary tumors may develop in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. The coincidence of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma with papillary thyroid carcinoma is a rare finding. This study reports a case of papillary thyroid carcinoma, which was incidentally detected during the microscopic examination of lymph nodes of a patient diagnosed as gingival squamous cell carcinoma. A review of literature is also presented. |
