The cytotoxic activities of compounds 1–18, 20, and 22 were evaluated by MTT assay. Compound 6 showed the most potent cytotoxicity in MCF-7, and HepG2 cell lines, with IC(50) values of 6.25 and 3.83 μM, respectively. |
