Sumario:Melanoma is skin cancer arising from melanocytes. It may metastasize to unusual areas of the body. Metastatic melanoma with unknown primary (MUP) is relatively uncommon. We present a case of MUP in a 55-year-old male, who underwent adjuvant treatment with combined immunotherapy and showed a good response. We report this case to alert fellow physicians that immunotherapy can be used in MUP with excellent outcomes.
