Nelson-Salassa Syndrome Progressing to Pituitary Carcinoma: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Nelson-Salassa Syndrome (NSS) is a rare sequela of bilateral adrenalectomy as a treatment for persistent hypercortisolism in refractory Cushing disease (CD).
