Sumario: | The biceps tendon is a common pain generator in the shoulder. Long head of the biceps tendon pathology occurs in a variety of different ways. There are several different treatment options available to address the long head of the biceps. With advances in arthroscopy, all-arthroscopic tenodesis is becoming a more popular choice to address biceps tendon pathology. We describe an all-arthroscopic technique, termed “the loop-lock,” for performing a biceps tenodesis. |
