Surgery for Acute Type A Aortic Dissection in A Pregnant Woman At 28 Weeks’ Gestation

A 27-year-old woman with sudden back pain was transported to our hospital. Abdominal ultrasonography revealed pregnancy of 28 weeks’ gestation.
