Spontaneous iliopsoas hematoma with hip pain and ecchymosis of the thigh
We report an elderly patient with spontaneous iliopsoas hematoma. Primary care physicians should consider iliopsoas hematoma when patients complain of hip pain and thigh ecchymosis.[Image: see text]
