description We report the draft genome sequences of five novel Bacillus strains isolated from temperate soils in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY. Strains RM1(2019), RM9(2019), and RM15(2019) were identified as Bacillus toyonensis, while RM11(2019) was identified as Bacillus thuringiensis.
