Sumario:In article number https://doi.org/10.1002/advs.201901935, Volker Gerke, Bart Jan Ravoo, and co‐workers design novel polymer nanocontainers, based on redox‐responsive cyclodextrin amphiphiles mixed with phospholipids and encapsulated in a cystamine‐crosslinked polymer shell, to deliver amphiphilic cargo, specifically labeled phospholipids, into human cells. Due to the redox‐sensitive cyclodextrin core and polymer shell, cargo is released inside the cell's reductive endosomal compartment. [Image: see text]
