Evaluation of human health risk assessment of potential toxic metals in commonly consumed crayfish (Palaemon hastatus) in Nigeria
Concentrations of potentially toxic metals were determined in crayfish (Palaemon hastatus) commonly consumed in Nigeria using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry.
