description Dentinogenic ghost-cell tumor (DGCT) is a rare, odontogenic neoplasm which is considered to be a solid variant of the calcifying odontogenic cyst (COC) with locally aggressive behavior and is characterized by ameloblastoma-like epithelial islands, ghost cells and dentinoid.
