Arthroscopic Technique for Treating Patella and Femoral Condyle Lesions With DeNovo Natural Tissue Allograft

Use of juvenile particulate cartilage allograft has been previously described for the treatment of full-thickness chondral lesions of the knee. Although this procedure has traditionally been performed with an open approach, it can be performed using arthroscopic techniques with the potential for les...

description Use of juvenile particulate cartilage allograft has been previously described for the treatment of full-thickness chondral lesions of the knee. Although this procedure has traditionally been performed with an open approach, it can be performed using arthroscopic techniques with the potential for less morbidity and accelerated rehabilitation. This article describes an all-arthroscopic technique for treating patella and femoral condyle lesions with DeNovo Natural Tissue allograft, including clinical indications and a rehabilitation protocol.
