Solitary liver metastasis from prostate cancer is rare. On the other hand, PSMA avid primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has been reported in literature. We report a case of PSMA expressing atypical HCC with normal alphafeto protein (AFP) and raised prostate specific antigen (PSA).
