A Pilot Study of Sirolimus in Subjects with Cowden Syndrome or Other Syndromes Characterized by Germline Mutations in PTEN

LESSONS LEARNED. This is the first human interventional study in patients with Cowden syndrome that is driven by inactivation of germline PTEN gene.
